We build progressively, with the latest technologies, and we also use some of our own technologies. We focus on using materials that don’t require major energy inputs for their production. We propose alternative sources for building projects and use materials from renewable sources. Our buildings are low-cost and low-energy.
CULTURAL AND NATURAL HERITAGE
Quality of life is determined by our environment. We prefer what we know. We are connected to cultural heritage, we prefer reminiscence of buildings and our projects stand respect the old values and evoke the feeling of comfort in the area where they are located. Our motto is: If you cannot design beautiful things, restore the beauty that is lost. Minimalism is maintenance-free. We want natural landscape, not a regulated one.
SHARED SPACES AND RETURN OF THE INVESTMENT
Our aim is to split large units to smaller ones and offer them to the public. Our clients’ investments must make sense and return profit. We set up shared spaces on every site. What is too much for one, is just fine for a group of people.
